Returns
14 day Returns Policy.
Returned items must have original tags, packaging and have not been worn to be eligible for return.
Once your items are inspected by our Customer Services team, you'll receive your refund within 48 hours.
EXCHANGES
14 day Exchange Policy.
Exchange items must have original tags and packaging to be eligible for an exchange.
Once your items are inspected by our Customer Services team, you'll receive your exchange item within 48 hours.
If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different size or colour, please return the purchased item for a refund as per the returns policy above and place a new order for the desired item.
ORDER PROCESSING
PVO Orders are processed and delivered between Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays). For same day processing (not guaranteed), an order must be placed before 12PM GMT. Orders placed after 12PM GMT will be processed on the next business day.
SHIPPING
PVO THREADS LIMITED’s online purchases are shipped via Royal Mail (for United Kingdom orders) from our warehouse located in Kent, United Kingdom.

Please note that PVO THREADS LIMITED is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Should the buyer encounter an issue with receiving a package, the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
